We are looking for a highly motivated professional to repair and install our identification, tracking, and security products for our customers. In this role, you will be primarily be responsible for electro-mechanical repairs on printers which are sent to our office. You will also have the opportunity to provide technical service support and operator training, as needed, for the entire IdentiSys territory.

|Duties:||Job duties will include:|
•Performing repairs on printers and other IdentiSys products
•Performing preventative maintenance of hardware (e.g. card printers and embossers). Cleaning units and replacing worn parts.
•Installing and setting up products at customer site. Products include: personal computers, application software, digital cameras, digital color plastic card printers, and plastic card embossers.
•Providing detailed operator training on use of the system: configuration, database setup and links, changing supplies in printer, designing card formats, navigating the software.
•Being the main interface with our customer for IdentiSys. Representing our company in a positive fashion, both technically and personally with the customer.
|Qualifications:||Required skills: |
•Personal computer skills
•Experience with installing programs and printers on a personal computer
•Excellent communication skills with customers
•Sense of urgency and ability to meet product repair deadlines
•1 – 3 years work experience with repairing electro-mechanical equipment such as printers
•Associates degree or military experience in a technical field
